Partnerships Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Partnerships Manager at TaxiMe, you will be instrumental in expanding and nurturing our relationships with events, venues, and our existing network of cafes, bars, and restaurants. Your role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Working closely with our marketing and operations teams, you will ensure that these partnerships contribute effectively to our growth and enhance the customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow partnerships with events, venues, and hospitality businesses.
  • Identify and engage potential partners that align with TaxiMe’s brand and objectives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, addressing their needs and fostering ongoing collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into marketing campaigns and customer offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent TaxiMe and cultivate new relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on partnership activities and outcomes to management.
  • Ensure all partnership activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network within the events, hospitality, or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
