Community Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Community manager you will create and manage our company’s brand voice and image. You will be responsible for creating and publishing content on all media platforms, including apps, reviewing social media and other marketing metrics to build and improve campaign strategies and crafting responses to customers’ and partners’ feedback and messages on various platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar
  • Create engaging and shareable content for Facebook pages, Instagram pages, Viber, Linkedin, in-app promotional and ongoing campaigns, blog, monthly newsletter, etc.
  • Monitor, track, respond and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Provide community feedback to the management
  • Monitor social media campaigns and analyze app and web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
  • Respond to customers and partners in a timely manner
  • Participate in social events, corporate events and workshops
  • Coordinate all initiatives with other members in the Marketing team
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 3+ years experience in a communications or PR role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations or a related field
  • Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and web metrics
  • Proficient in social media management tools
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Handle tough situations with manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and squeezed deadlines
